🟢 In both the new and returning user journeys, Avaton app generally provides users with appropriate screen header and clarifies the next steps.

🟢 The app's home screen is intuitive and consists of an organised set of components with coherent and straightforward headings.

🔴 However, switching between starred (favourite) Style add-ons (Glasses, earrings) and Backgrounds on the home screen is not clear and might confuse the users.

2) Match between system and the real world

• Speak the users' language, with words, phrases and concepts familiar to the user, rather than system-oriented terms.
• Follow real-world conventions, making information appear in a natural and logical order.

Evaluation

🟢 The application content is user-friendly, consistent in terminology and conversational, which will be understood by all app personas app. For all the options and selections, the application provides users with the appropriate descriptions to help them understand the choices they make better.

🟢 In the avatar generator screens, the left-hand menu of facial elements is listed with the top-to-bottom order of facial features starting with hair and finishing with facial hair, making it intuitively easy to navigate.

🟢 The navigation menu on the home screen follows the convention listing menu elements from the most important/relevant to the least important/relevant.
